Initially, Jessica processed everything with a warm demeanor and made it a swift and effective process. The rates are equally phenomenal. Jessica was able to process everything via phone. She was going to send me the documents via e-mail, but I came in the office instead. From start to finish, everyone was extremely welcoming. Jessica was on the phone so she wasn’t able to assist me, but Elise was able to finalize my documents. Elise and Jessica explained everything in detail. My experience was amazing. Will definitely spread the word to my fellow peers if they ever need auto insurance!
