1 /5 Ashleigh Fiori: I called Mary Ann Gage sometime last week and she had told me she would have a quote for me the next day. Without any contact from Mary Ann for the past week, I called to follow up on the insurance I wanted quoted for. She proceeds to tell me that she was just too busy to get the quote for me and says she suggests I go somewhere else. Out of shock, I asked once more to make sure I heard her correctly that she suggest I go somewhere else and she says Yes. As a Farmers representative Im sure Farmers would not agree with the way Mary Ann handled my situation and I will be contacting corporate offices. I do not recommend using this certain rep.
