At first they were fine, but over time, the insurance just renewed & they provided no quote comparisons or assistance. Finally, they were acquired by AJ Gallagher & my agent Ted Miller stopped returning phone calls entirely. My premium has jumped 50% in 8 years, 25% from 2012 to 2013 alone. I have found many more eager & willing agents who have quote much lower prices & taken my business elsewhere.

Kim Hoffman Angela is by far the best agent I have talked to or had insurance with. I received the best quote from Angela and Shelter than anywhere else. It goes beyond the quote. Angela never tried to throw extras in at me she listened to exactly what I needed for insurance and what I wanted and thats how the policy was written. A lot of the insurance agencies you inquired they just bug you and dont leave you alone thats not true here if texting is easier shell let you text, if messaging through email is easier she goes that route. When I first started quotes for home insurance I was taken back at how much it was until I received my quote from Angela and Shelter insurance. If you want a good price and a great agency than I strongly urge you to contact Angela you wont be sorry!
