Super helpful and made things easy for me to understand. My first interaction with him was via telephone a couple days ago. I was having a very bad day and was super crabby. Justin is someone I met through the softball community in our town and he’s just one of those people you instantly like. He’s laid back, and inviting. I wanted to talk life insurance but with someone I trusted and someone I felt had a genuine interest in me and would listen to me and I could just be real with. If I couldn’t afford something, or wasn’t sure on something I could just say that, and I wouldn’t be embarrassed. Justin is one of those people that really creates a connection with people in his life, and he’s always going to have my business and friendship.

But as soon as he returned, I jumped on the opportunity to have him as my agent again! I have met with him twice now, once to discuss home and auto, and one to discuss life insurance. He is straightforward and honest. He explained why lower rates equal lower quality. And the reason I decided to stay with American Family despite their rate increases. And despite offers from other insurance companies that offered lower rates. Ill take an honest answer any time. Youll get that from Justin!
