Update: Had an issue with my car tire on a Sunday and was needing information on a rental. Left a voice-mail to return my call, totally not expecting one until Monday, and was called back within 10 minutes. By half the day in, he was able to provide me with policy details and options for my situation. But it doesnt stop there folks.... he called me back unexpectedly the next day to ENSURE I was all taken care of and there was nothing else he could offer to help with. TOP NOTCH customer service.

Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!
