1 /5 Lori Hessler: I took on gecho 6 months ago I want to speak with my agent and nobody can find Her. They give some corporate phone number out. They dont give their agent phone number out. So now theyre Raise my insurance for no reason. And nobody wants to fast up and talk to me. Even the local Howard Greer has a phone number that goes to corporate. Its not his number.

2 /5 Jon FioRito: I called the local office to renew my policy and Jordan the receptionist blind transferred me to someone that never answered. I called back and spoke with him again and explained for him not to do that and he did it again. This time I got to a department that was not the one I needed. No reason to use any local office if they dont take the time to service their customers.

1 /5 S S: Geico is trash. They will change your due dates and raise your monthly payments without warning or a reason why. And good luck trying to get a professional representative to help you.
