Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.

Most important we could keep our current providers. The option also included being able to access other specialty providers for health concerns if needed. Louisa worked above and beyond to finish our application when we fell behind in the paperwork process due to moving. We respect Louisas work ethic and wish to acknowledge that sometimes she would answer emails and phone calls after hours. We never felt like she had other clients!
