2 /5 S Mayer: Their "contact us" on their site is either broken or it doesnt get updated when people leave. I made two different inquiries that were not returned. When I called I didnt find them to be terribly motivated to seek out better rates on my behalf or to explain things to me. I sought out a change from annual to semi annual payment. First Mary told me there was a fee to do that, which the paperwork contradicted. Then when I sent her the paperwork saying as much, she got snippy with me. After repeatedly trying and failing to make the change online myself as directed, I bypassed unhelpful Mary all together and called the company directly. They confirmed that they had to make the change on their end. This seems like information Mary should have known since she does this everyday and I do it once a year. If their goal is customer frustration they succeeded.
