Andrew Lotko I called my insurance agent because I got a rock chip in my windshield, and I was worried the chipped windshield could crack totally. Deanna said I should take my Jeep into Safelite Auto for glass repair. I said that would be great. She also said she could help with making the appointment itself, And I said wow, that would be awesome. Unbelievably, I was able to take My jeep into Safelite auto glass that same afternoon. When I got to Safelite, the mechanic there was extremely helpful, He explained the condition of my chip, and advised he could have it fixed in 15 minutes. So I waited in their lobby, got a complementary cup of coffee,, And before I was done with my coffee, my Jeep was ready. I looked at the chip, and it disappeared, they did a great job. so from calling my agent to having my problem fixed it didn’t take more than a half a day, and the job was done perfectly. Aide I’d rather have someone being honest than going around lying about what quotes I’m going to get. Making it look like a low quote just to get money. With that being said Anna is none of that. She was honest all the way through with a lot of knowledge on what insurance would be best. She was very welcoming and gracious. I can see why so many others say the same about her. She continuously made calls to search for that perfect quote and insurance. Her determination was admired greatly. I just want people to know this is the place to go. Anna thank you for everything you do it doesn’t go unnoticed to those people the get doors closed left and right and feel hopeless. You gave me hope that honest and caring people still exist.
