tom boutilier Tom Edler is one of the nicest people you’ve I’ll ever meet! He takes your call and doesn’t have you sent straight to a voicemail. I’ve had a freak out moment with something that was destroyed.. next time we went into Tom’s office he had a replacement for me. I knew from then on he will insure us until we well.. don’t need insurance at all…. Well if heaven has insurance must be expensive… but I’m sure Tom will get them insured! Can’t say enough love you guys your office alway feels like home as well as talking on the phone it’s like calling that one family member you should call more but never do.. we’ll make it up here!! 1. Susan List Bryan Bridges at American Family Insurance is a great agent and the company is great as well. We have been with them for over 30 years and have never had an issue. Just recently we had damage and Bryan and his staff were very prompt to get the claims process going and followed up several times to ensure we were being taken care of. I would and have recommended Bryan Bridges as well as American Family.
