5 /5 Kathee secor: I recently sufferred a serious accident. My car was totaled. Everyone I worked with from Tim to corporate were so kind, encouraging and interested in me as a person. I reported the accident through corporate office as it occurred on a Sunday. Tim called the very next day to check on me. His office staff is very supportive. Its the reason I have stayed with AMFAM since the 70s and well worth the cost of insurance.

5 /5 Joanie Morris: We had previously been insured with both State Farm (45+ years) and then Allstate for the last year. We decided before we renewed our Allstate policies we would check other insurance carriers out. We ’decided to check into American family insurance. The agent here in Moline I found was, Tim Clifton. From the moment I walked into the office (and greeted kindly by Jennifer) I felt welcome. I ended up talking to Tim multiple times. He came to the house and looked at what we had, asked lots of questions, and gave me some quotes. Previously, we had various policies i.e. a personal policy and umbrella policy besides our homeowner and car insurance policies. I was thrilled to find out that the limits on the American family auto policies were high enough that we no longer needed the umbrella policy. And the separate personal policy was no longer needed because all of my scheduled items (after getting updated appraisals) could be included on the homeowner policy. All policy premiums are yearly which means there are no more six month premiums and new coverage cards to keep track of twice a year! Tim also contacts you and gives you the option to come in and discuss coverage every year. In all the years I was with the other insurance companies NEVER ONCE did they call me to discuss our coverage and find out whether or not it was enough until AFTER a devastating fire. That’s when we found out we were not insured properly. I feel that I have found an insurance company that truly cares about their customers…. Hallelujah!
