5 /5 Michael oxford: I have to say. I had the privilege of talking to the manager today. And she gave me an insurance quote. And the price was just phenomenal. She went above and beyond and out of her way. To make me feel comfortable with the insurance that I bought today. I’ve never had another person go so far out of their way to make me feel so comfortable. I have had insurance with them Before and it has been a pleasure signing back up again. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, Kind, and generally cares about the person they’re selling their insurance to. This Decatur insurance company has to be the best insurance company and the entire state of Illinois. The manager went above and beyond and made me feel warm and comfortable. And cannot thank them enough for all they did for me today. And now I think I’m going to sign up with him for my home insurance as well. You will not regret signing up with him. The staff there is completely outstanding. You will not regret. Getting insurance from them.
