Kyle Wiedau Initially very pleased when switching over my home-owners insurance. Fast forward 10 months into the policy and they are now stating they made a clerical mistake on their part initially and I owe $265 or they are cancelling my policy. I have 11 days to find new home owners insurance. The broker I deal with is Midwest Preferred Insurance Services. I initially asked to speak to a rep who made this decision and am now being ignored. Pretty disgusting way to treat a client.

Cindi Cookson Jason McKinley has been the Washington County Vocational Workshop insurance agent for the last year and half. During that time he has responded quickly and professionally to any issues or questions we have. Also, he is very knowledgeable and does a great job in explaining our insurance and how we are impacted if things arise. We couldnt be more impressed and delighted to have Jason for our insurance agent!

She answered all my questions, with clear explanations. Within minutes of talking with her, I knew I was switching to her company. I only wish Id done it sooner!

Kelsie Colbrook Chase and Grace are both so easy to work with. He responds quickly to email and calls and she is always there ready to answer any questions when he isnt available! Petersburg is lucky to have such a caring and reputable company right here in town. We are going to recommend everyone to go have a chat with him. If you’re thinking of switching insurance companies go and talk with him and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Brian Gilbert Brett answered the door when the agent was on break and was so friendly and kind when he explained the situation about the agent being on their well-deserved lunch and wanted to give me the best experience possible to get a quote from him. When I came back only moments later, Vanessa was so kind, personable, and answered all of my questions promptly with ease. Both of them should be paid more because THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
