1 /5 Yoner Joiner: As soon as I clock out from work I called this place to get a quote on insurance and I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and when someone returned to the call it was a man that was extremely rude and said they stopped doing quotes at 4:30 call back on Monday and hung up the phone didnt even give me a chance to ask more questions, when I initially called in it was before 4:30 so I was placed on hold so the time can be passed 4:30?

3 /5 Day Anderson: The good: Some of the staff are quite friendly and helpful. They represent a wide array of companies and can find something to fit your budget.
The not so good: The agent is...not so friendly. The office is quite small and can feel extremely crowded with just 3-4 people inside. Some of the staff bring up politics, conspiracy theories, alternative medicine and other controversial topics which is unprofessional and can get uncomfortable.
We continue to use them for our car insurance because once your coverage is set up, you can pay online and rarely deal with them again. YMMV
1 /5 Chanette Jackson: I have been with Jim Simpson for years. So today I called to make a payment and Jim answered the phone. He asked for my policy number I told him I was out of town and didn’t have it. His voice seemed irritated and stated next time you call make sure you have it! Mind you I pay all the time by phone with my Name and company. Then he proceeds to tell me I’m renewing my insurance for $300 an something. Which was incorrect. And I told him that. With more anger in his voice he said WELL THIS IS WHAT THE COMPUTER IS SHOWING ME! Very rudely. I told him again that is incorrect I renewed months ago. So at this point he notice HIS error and corrected the price that’s due. From the time I called to the time I hung up it was clear all he wanted to do was argue. Maybe because my name is Chanette and he couldn’t spell it lol. Moral of the story is this world is so cruel. No need to be extremely disrespectful to a loyal customer. I’ll pray for him. But I would not recommend Jim Simpson. Kindness and respect goes a long way !

Ali Not a good company, the important thing is to take the money a week before the date of payment. They put untenable conditions for taking the fines. An example of this is paying a fine over the phone 5% After Corona everything happens on the phone they close the office to take this fine. First time I got involved with them. This will be the last time
Luke Caron I called them up looking for a lower rate on car, boat and renters insurance. They were not able to quote me a lower price but I was impressed with Ericka, she got me a quote, played with the numbers and helped me look at different polices to see if I can work with them. Unfortunately that was not the case but I wish they did because she was so friendly and informative! It was one of the best experiences I have had with an insurance agent on the phone!
