When my cheap insurance company filed for bankruptcy, I had a change of heart. I decided a more financially stable company would be a wise move, but expected to pay more. I have to say I was shocked at the level of insurance I was able to procure for my home and vehicles at the same price I was paying at the “cheaper” company. And I can have peace knowing this company is as stable as they come. My first experience with Bill and his staff was top notch. I felt like a neighbor, truly. Mary Travelstead was the representative that I dealt with through the initial agreements. She is an absolute professional with tons of knowledge in the insurance business. This staff always has a smile while interacting with customers. You can’t go wrong with Bill Ecker and this great branch at State Farm.

Long story short, Brent worked on the policy and spoke with me on the phone at 8:30pm to assure he had what was needed for his appointment. Now that’s being true to your customers. I recently switched from a nearly 25 year relationship with another local agency because the rates were so much more reasonable here.
