Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

Brian Grebe I had my truck in the driveway, when another truck was pulling a trailer and it came unattached. The trailer rolled up on to my driveway hitting my truck. Called Hartford to find out what I needed to do. They told me it was my responsibility to take care of everything and if I want them to help me I need to up my Insurance plan. I needed a car rental and Hartford wouldnt even help me, it was the other guy Insurance that helped me and found me a place where I can get a car. They claim they save you 200.00 to 300.00 on Insurance but that is a lie, because after I got my truck back I found a different car insurance and I pay way less with them and get more in my insurance plan.

k lopez It was time to renew my auto insurance and the other broker I used couldn’t find any reasonable policies, admittedly the prices are so high, I’ve never had to pay this much! I had used Magnum years ago and decided to see if they could help me find something more reasonable. Anahi was very helpful, patient and friendly over the phone. She really took her time to help me find the best fit and answered all my questions so kindly. I went in and made sure to see her and follow through. She was very sweet and patient, also really went above and beyond with all my needs and inquiries. I wanted to make sure to give her a compliment and thanks again Anahi! Will definitely be my go to in the future and would recommend :)
