Jeff Balcer Jackie and her staff are incredible. I currently have 3 vehicles, 2 homes, and a couple of other minor policies with them. Whenever I call for information, to process a claim, or replacement insurance cards, they are always "on the ball", and I dont have to sing a silly jingle! Being in a sales position that requires purchasers to have insurance, I have never hesitated to recommend her to clients, friends, or family members. Over the last few years, there have been claims against the various policies (home and auto). Nationwide proved to be very consistent and timely with payouts. In one instance, they had the money at the body shop before I was able to bring it to them. That is service!!!

Jill Ludwig Belle Prairie has been Fantastic in taking care of their customers. The Insurance adjuster came out quickly to check damage They also got back with me in the time frame that they said. I have used Belle Prairie Insurance for years and they have done great!When I called the new manager got back with me personally and took the time to explain things to me, very friendly and made sure that I got the answer I needed on my claim. Adam Starr I am a new customer for the following reasons. prompt response and service, the only insurance agency out of about a half dozen that answered my call promptly. worked hard to solve an underwriting challenge - waterfront property with possible need for new roof. even referred me to a contractor. Most of the big companies and online agencies simply refused to insure the property, including one that has insured us for about 30 years. we have a claims free history as homeowners. worked with the insurance company to allow time for roof replacement and with me to set desirable level of deductible.
