5 /5 Adam Starr: I am a new customer for the following reasons. prompt response and service, the only insurance agency out of about a half dozen that answered my call promptly. worked hard to solve an underwriting challenge - waterfront property with possible need for new roof. even referred me to a contractor. Most of the big companies and online agencies simply refused to insure the property, including one that has insured us for about 30 years. we have a claims free history as homeowners. worked with the insurance company to allow time for roof replacement and with me to set desirable level of deductible.

After he became an independent agent and left Farmers Insurance, our rates skyrocketed. So we recently returned to Tom at Tri-County Insurance. Tom and Asfia were able to get us policies at a new insurance company for more coverage at substantially lower rates.
