After speaking to a representative, being asked what I believe were the correct questions, and reviewing my personal situation, I was presented with several options of what would be the best fit for me and my family. The best part of this whole process was being treated like a real person and individual customer; not just another number or generic plan to sell. Every question I had, every concern that was brought up (whether it was during or outside of our meeting), was answered with the upmost professionalism and care.
