Not only did Stefanies office reach out to me proactively, but Elizabeth worked to get all the policies updated simultaneously, and by the time we were done, I was saving money! Elizabeths customer focus and attentiveness are above and beyond -- it reminded me of the way most companies used to operate. It was truly a pleasure to work with her and I am thrilled with the changes we made together. I cannot recommend Stefanie Curtiss agency enough. Stefanie has clearly taken great care to ensure her customers are truly taken care of!

When our previous agent retired and closed her office, our policies were transferred to Stephanie Curtis in Gurnee. Recently, weve made changes to both a life and auto policy, cancelled an auto policy, added a new auto policy, a second new auto policy and a renters policy. Ive never had to talk to an agent as much as I have the last few months! Sometimes Stephanie herself addressed our questions but usually it was Liz. Both were very personable, patient, knowledgable and thorough! Liz really hit it out of the park with her great service! I am very happy with the pricing too!

5 /5 H K: Jack was super nice and helpful with transferring my auto policy from another state. He even lowered my collision and comprehensive deductibles for mere dollars/months. Ultimately saved hundreds with an almost apples:apples policy. He was very patient and pleasant with my numerous questions. He also contacted my former agency to cancel the old insurance.

They fixed mistakes on how our cars were covered, which has saved us money. They are on top of their game, attentive, and respond to any question timely AND with the correct information…everyone in the office! I wish I would have moved years ago!
