1 /5 Marco Reyes: Unfortunately, there was a lot of shadiness associated with this specifically with timing and money. I am trying to keep this as professional as possible, but it took me a while to get my reimbursement on top of that. I began legal proceedings against this agency, and they immediately reacted to get my reimbursement over. I was charged the cancellation fee, which I suppose I understand however the amount return did not match what they charged me vs what I received. Santiago and this agency are definitely not the people I recommend and would recommend to go elsewhere.

1 /5 Jorge Cerna: Rating one star because of the lack of professionalism and massive rudeness from Santiago. I’ve already canceled my policy but still waiting on two refunds. The first one has been pending for almost two months now, even though I sent all the required documents. I’ll update this review in a week or two to let you know if they finally process the refunds.

1 /5 Jeanette Cecce: Would not recommend, agent Santiago was rude and hung up on me. Did not give me paperwork on my policy which he is legally required to do so and then told me my account was closed due to late payment when we CANCELLED and have documentation of payment. Rates are unreasonably high. Customer service is non existent. Asked to speak to a manager and he started to give me a number to call half way through changed his mind and said there was no manager to reach out to. AVOID at all costs.

5 /5 Walter Maldonado: Can I just say wow! Im just so amazed on how professional and great customer service they provide. Santiago is one of the best of the best and he gives you such a peace of mind that you know you are taken care of. I switched from a well known insurance company to this company and I dont regret it. We have our home and car insurance through here since its so affordable with great coverage. I have recommend friends and family to Santiago since he is good at taking care of his customers. The office its clean, warming and inviting. My wife and I truly appreciate your professionalism and customer service.
