Luckily, I had Progressive and so did the other driver. I spoke with two agents, Tony and Blake, who were nothing but kind and accommodating. Blake handled my claims in a timely fashion and was super helpful with any questions I had and I was more than fairly compensated for my vehicle and inconveniences. I’m so glad I chose Progressive as my insurance! Bad reviews must be from people scheming for money or not paying for good enough coverage.
