1 /5 Laura Russell: I have been happy with state farm for over twenty years. This year however I found a mistake they had made for over 2 yrs where they added my husband onto policy twice, one time with correct bday and one that was 30 yrs younger. The extra cost a month was 67.44. After a 2 hr meeting with Kris D and several phone calls we received a total refund of myself 20$ and my husband 11$. We are actively looking elsewhere. It is a shame to have to go elsewhere and not be able to stay local but I feel the several calls and long meeting were completely useless. Poor rating for them. I will say the support staff at this office have been great, they get 4 stars. The agent and company as a whole get 1 star.
