She was also so kind and reached out multiple times to welcome me and make sure all my questions were answered even after I was a customer! Jake initially set up my payments and answered the further questions I had while Chey was gone. He picked right up where she left off and was so easy going. He was very thorough with everything and patient with me we finished things up. I definitely recommend both of them for any of your state farm needs!

5 /5 JOLIE STINSON: I was searching for new car insurance quotes and went to one of the comparison sites to get multiple quotes from various insurance companies. I received a phone call and voice mail message from Jake Gerdes. I honestly didnt think much of it. I then received a text message from Jake as well. I was in somewhat of a hurry to get my new car insurance coverage and didnt really have the time to speak with multiple agents. However, I texted Jake back and told him that I was looking for full coverage. He immediately provided me with a quote via text message and email. I wound up taking a 6 month policy with another major insurance company. I told Jake that I had already taken a 6 month policy with the other company but that I would consider using him when the new policy was up in 6 months. Now, let me be clear, I dont know Jake Gerdes from the Man on the Moon and I personally know people who are State Farm Agency owners but Jake set himself apart from the rest of the agents and agencies that I have ever encountered and/or communicated with. Jakes tenacity and follow-up skill set are AMAZING!! Jake is consistent in his approach but not at all pushy, nor does he make you feel like hes trying to "sell" you. He is kind, respectful, professional and after finally speaking with him person to person, he is a genuine and sincere person ! I took a policy with Jake and was so impressed by his professionalism that I am looking to have my mother switch over her home owners policy to Jakes agency as well. Finally and most importantly, after purchasing a policy with Jakes State Farm agency, Jake actually mailed me a HAND WRITTEN thank you card to show his appreciation for obtaining my business. In my opinion, hand written thank you cards are a lost art form in general, but not at all lost to a young, aspiring agent like Jake. It made my day and restored my faith in the younger generation of professionals as Jake is by ALL means a TRUE Professional in every sense of the word. I know that Jake will be a TOP Producing agent in no time, if he is not already, and his successful future will most definitely be a well deserved one and I wish him the ABSOLUTE BEST !!

Thought what the heck I’ll give him a call. I spoke with Miranda and within 24 hours everything was finished at a savings of 60%. They really were incredible and Miranda got back to me right away. Madison was very knowledgeable, pleasant and explained the process in a way even a child would understand. I felt like I was talking to my daughter. It was quick and easy and she got back to me the same day as promised. I didnt have to call back or wait days for a response or update. Excellent price for 2 vehicles plus renters.
