I had an insurance broker many years ago and the experience was excellent, and Holden’s brokerage has been equally satisfactory. As a broker, Holden represents many insurance vendors and with his expertise, he recommends the ones he feels best offer the options we need; we make our selection after any necessary discussion with him of the pros and cons. His honesty and candor are very much appreciated. I have relied on Holden to flush out medication cost issues that needed a prompt response and he provided the necessary information immediately. We live in Mattoon, about two hours from Springfield, but the mileage between us has presented no adverse effect. Navigating Medicare and supplemental insurance is not an easy task. He patiently explained the process and guide me to a decision that I felt comfortable with. Since that decision, Holden has been extremely prompt in answering specific concerns That I have had. He helped me find drugs that were on the prescription formulary. I tend to panic when it seems the insurance “ isn’t working”. Holden calm me down and finds the answers I need.
