1 /5 Sherry: I was never talked to so poorly from a man running a professional business. I was inquiring about an insurance quote and was basically laughed at, saying there was no insurance company for the services I needed. I felt humiliated and hurt plus extremely worried that he may be right. Within 5 minutes, I had the insurance I needed by another local agency. She was more than helpful and the policy was drawn up within 10 minutes. Before hanging up with this rude person, he had the audacity to inquire about the cost of the property and then seemed angered at me because his childhood home sold for a few thousand more and it was much larger. I wouldnt recommend doing business with Shelter in Herrin if you need insurance in a bind and made to feel berated for asking important questions. You do have other options.
