Jon and Jeannie Huffman Lisa called us to arrange a meeting because our house insurance premium was due in a month. We were already aware that the new premium was increasing. We sat down with Amanda who was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. After a quick game of 20 questions and many clicks on her keyboard, she told us our new revised premium. It was lower! Who expects any insurance premium to be less than the previous one? Way to go Amanda and State Farm!

He came to my property multiple times and spent time with me in an extraordinarily traumatic time. I will forever be grateful for what went FAR beyond great service, but simply empathetic care. I almost NEVER write reviews on any product, for any reason, good or bad. I am making an exception in this case, because it is SO deserved, and appreciated.
