We were setting up a new policy for a family member, and the situation was a little outside the norm — but Tony was amazing from the start. Jeremiah Banasiak I am a local contractor helping folks around here. Just had a very bad situation with "Paul" from Nationwide who is apparently an agent here. He illegally told the Homeowner I was dealing with to do nothing and to stop working with me so he could put the claim in. This is definitely illegal so I would not being doing business here if that is how they conduct themselves and their business. Completely unprofessional.
