Everyone that Ive had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone has always been very kind, courteous and polite. They always kept me informed and up to date with my renewals and were very helpful when I had to update my coverage or change vehicles on my policy. It has been wonderful having them as my insurance agent and they are definitely going to be missed now that I am no longer in the Illinois area.

I didnt know where to begin since I had never had an accident before. From the moment I entered the office Natalie at the front desk greeted me and asked how she could help me. She then helped me figure out who I needed to contact, gathered all the information I needed and provided me with the exact person that I needed to talk to, phone number, extension and claim number.
