Amy Powers Never has a review been warranted more than my experience with Wally Gaffney. What an asset to Tom Conklins team. My homeowners claim from start to finish was complicated and frustrating, and it felt easier to walk away from it than to sort through it. Wally reached out to me and offered to help me wade through it all, and he was determined to see it through to the end. Hard to find that kind of initiative and commitment to clients in the world we live in today. His kindness and commitment will never be forgotten. I hope Tom Conklin and State Farm realize what they have in Wally. It would be a shame to not recognize what he did for me and Im sure countless other insureds. Thank you, Wally.
