1 /5 Smile View Dental: If i can give a 0 star i would. so i called because i already have a policy with them and wanted to add a car to the policy the young lady that answered the phone was nice she took all the information and quoted me a payment to add the car. I have a full coverage policy so i told her i wanted the same coverage for the new car being added. she said ok gave me the amount and i paid over the phone. Then after she charged me and stated that all was fine she called me and said that the policy was only for Liability well of course now Im upset because now they are telling me they have to charge me more money because the insurance company they used didnt quote them for full coverage they quoted them for Liability. I told them absolutely not that it wasnt my fault they made the mistake. my payment was gonna be almost 100 dollars more what i pay now. so not only did they want to charge more money to add the car but 100 more on my monthly payment. The young lady then proceeded to try and explain herself i didnt want to hear it because i already knew they made the mistake tried to blame 3rd party insurance they use so that they dont look guilty. I expected them to honor my rate since they did make the mistake well lol they just put Jessica on the phone and she tried to make the situation better but failed. She stated you wont pay anything today but your payment will be higher for the add on of the car so more than 100 dollars that was already added to my monthly payment. I already knew she was trying to trick me by saying you dont have to pay anything today but then add the fee to my monthly payment thats why the payment was gonna be 20 dollars more. Missed me with that one!. Please if you have to pay a bit more in another place go there. dont deal with liars that try to cover their mistakes by lying and then playing tricks to make it seem like they helped when they really dont. I still have a policy with them but will not be renewing my policy ever again with them. Its true what they say anything cheap in the long run becomes expensive! I SHOULD HAVE PAID THE EXPENSIVE INSURANCE COMPANY!

Please forgive me for not knowing her last name but she was always polite, patient, and always had a great attitude. These morals that she had shown towards me over the years were never subject to a browse to keep me as a client. She was just a good person, very bright with a good heart towards my girlfriend Veronica, and I. I highly recommend a raise for her but its out of my hands. Thank you Jessica Mike Farrell 4/5/2025
