Come around car renewal and a HEFTY rate increase (no claims, no accidents, same car, same coverage) I tried reaching out to him to see if there were any other options. Left several voicemails, sent email, left messages with his assistant, Arielle. Nothing. Not even crickets. Just silence.
Well, I took it as an incentive to find a different broker in town who had a more reputable underwriting company with better coverage AND lower premium all the while answering questions and actually listening to the customer. So, in a way I owe Jared a Thank You for ghosting me. Saved me money by doing so. Aside from that? Wouldnt recommend him or his office.
