He’s the best example of being personable, organized, and understanding of his clients. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was receiving all that I needed , because of my interaction with him I made the switch and it was not due to pricing It was the agent and his attitude and the willingness to explain and valve my business. Carlos now handles all my policies and my family’s policies, whenever we need help with something he always treats us like VIP customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and extremely informative about your policies- this man has amazing communication skills and is willing to explain and answer any questions you might have.
