He is quick to return a phone call or email when I have a question about my policy or claim. He is also willing to find the answer to those questions if he doesnt already know the answer.

We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriahs office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday. The entire process, from the first phone call through the entire claim process was handled in a very professional caring manner and helped to alleviate the stress of this incident.
