Their outstanding customer service, knowledge of their policies and best price won our business. We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriahs office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday. The entire process, from the first phone call through the entire claim process was handled in a very professional caring manner and helped to alleviate the stress of this incident. We remain loyal customers and will continue to recommend Duriah Delp & his team!

They were on it and called the collision center which they then called us right away in less than an hour. We got our vehicle to them the next day and Caliber Collision took great care with our vehicle, txting my husband and I to keep us updated. I am very pleased with their work and that State Farm chose this company!!! State Farm paid the bill and we covered the deductible. I highly recommend State Farm for your insurance needs!
