1 /5 johnna fouts: Rude over the phone did not answer my question was belittle and talked to like I was less of a human by the second person I talked. The first person I talked was wonderful. So Just depends on who you get that answers the phone. NO I WILL NOT DELETE my one star rating Or my comment on how I was talked to rudely over the phone potential customer need to know.
