Dustin Sanders Brad Haege was great to work with. Walked in at 9am needing a loan for my son to get a car and 90 mins later was out the door with a check. Even decided to open up my own checking account there. Would highly recommend and appreciate the fast assistance. Customer service impeccable!

Chris Irwin - COUNTRY Financial representative - Clinton

Andrew Nelson I want to give a shout out to Chris Irwin. I am always left astounded at the level of dedication, hard work, follow through and just simply being available...literally EVERYTIME I need something. Whether it has involved needing a copy of my current insurance card in a critical moment, providing direction for how to connect with Roadside Assistance, to dealing with storm damage, he is always there! When I have needed to contact him, he always answers his cell phone or calls me right back. He has been amazing with taking care of my every insurance need. I thank him for taking great care of my family and I! I have been so happy that Chris really just "gets it". I value great customer service and recommend him to anyone that may be looking to change insurance providers. Chris Irwin your level of quality work remains unprecedented. Thank you!

Nathan Update 5/27/25 - Patient financial services reached out to me to discuss this case. There were some mistakes made and upon further review determined that the original dispute was never formally closed. Financial services made good on the original discussions from 2023 and are resolving the issue and mailing a copy of the updated invoice with updated balance. What this shows to me is that the organization does take patient satisfaction seriously. It did take multiple conversations with several different people across many months and several escalations, but ultimately the persistence resulted in proper resolution and I thank the team for their support in seeing it through. Changing my rating from 1 star to 4. My appreciation to this resolution cannot be understated. Original Review (1 star): I received Emergency service in July of 2023 from KSB. This service required a rabies vaccine and subsequent follow up vaccines for the series. I was told I would pay for the initial visit and vaccine and the follow up (3 shots) would be included as part of the first bill and I would not be billed for the subsequent visits. I paid the initial bill immediately then was billed for the 3 additional shots by KSB and I disputed these. In that dispute I received confirmation I would not be responsible for the bills and would not receive follow up bills. This remained true until 2025. Once OSF took over in January 2025, I received those bills again. I disputed the bills and nothing was done. I was given 2 verbal commitments from the organization (the ED Doctor and the billing department that called back from my initial dispute) that I would not be responsible for those bills and now I am being required to pay or be taken up through claims.
