1 /5 Destiny Whitis: I’ve been going to this place since October of 2017 to get money orders to pay my rent. Never had a bad experience until today. I go in as usual to get a money order I give her $1035 and was charged a $2 fee which is normal, now my rent is $1010 which is what the money order needed to be, meaning she owed me $23 dollars. I didn’t think twice go into my car and realize I’ve only been given $3 back. I go back in and complain saying she owes me $20 and her math was wrong. She counted the drawer in front of me and said the money I gave her she had already put in (I don’t know what it’s called) and that her drawer was only short $14. I didn’t get my money back. I also will never be returning to this place again.

4 /5 Ben Morici: The DMV is closed on mondays so out of desperation I went here. They were empty when i got there and they got my car titled and plated within 20 minutes. They seemed to have a few computer glitches along the way, but better experience than I expected for a currency exchange

5 /5 David Petrovich: Did two car registration renewals here, I wan in and out in less than 5 minutes. Nice girls behind the counter and it was only about $7 for the service fee. Id recommend for DMV issues!

1 /5 Michelle Bastiani: If I could give negative stars I would. I have never had an actual " place of business" and I use that term very loosely when referencing this currency exchange. But I have never had someone be so rude right off the bat as if I should apologize for coming in to use their services. I wanted to cash a large cashiers check and I was told that the day after tomorrow after 4:30 pm I would be able to pick up my money. I let her know it was from my father and that it was for an emergency. She told me multiple times that they probably wouldnt be able to do it until she spoke with the woman at my fathers bank in Florida and she confirmed that she was aware of the check she actually was the one who made it out for my step mom. After she got off the phone with my fathers bank she called her boss who then said it was okay that they could cash this cashiers check for me since she spoke to the woman from the bank who made it. I dont want to make this into a book but she then told me to come in on Monday after 4:30 never told me the Monday after that Monday if that were the case I would have taken my check and I would have waited till Monday and I would have went to a bank point being I I would have went somewhere else. They still have my check and large sum of money she never gave me a designated date when I told her Id see her the day after next at 4:30 she shook her head yes like she heard exactly what I said and processed and understood exactly what I said because I know I 100% I understood everything that came out of her mouth to me and she never gave me a date other than this coming Monday will that coming Monday was the day after the next day. Now I am going to have waited a full 10 days to get my check cashed. You literally cant Google a time in the last 20 years where it took this long to cash a cashiers check. If youre looking to do anything with $1,000 or more dont do it here because they dont respect you they dont respect your money. My fathers Bank told him that the check cleared 48 hours after they got it from me. I let Andrea know that my father was sending me this money because it was an emergency and she lied right to my face and then had the audacity to tell me that I misheard her when I went in that Monday to get my money. Like I said if you have a large sum of money please for your sake do not trust these people with it they do not have any respect for you and they have no respect for your money. I worked in the service industry for many years of my life and she is a rare form to come across, the disrespect was abhorrent. She could have simply come out and said that she misspoke and apologized but NOPE. I just have to leave this here because after what this person and whoever is running this place has made my family go through because of being lazy and lying, please dont trust them with large amounts of money. It hasnt taken 10 days to cash a cashiers check since before we had the internet. I have never had such horrible customer service Ive never been lied to like I was here Ive never left a bad review about anyone anywhere in my life and Im 37. Do yourself a favor and if it comes to large sums of money steer clear from this currency exchange. If a worker hates their job so much or arent good dealing with people then get a job where you dont have to deal with people. And dont forget large sums of money they arent good at either of those things. It comes down to just plain decency and Andrea doesnt have any. The male coworker who was there when I went today for the third time doesnt seem to have decency for customers either, along with the boss who must know who is running his establishment. Like Ive previously stated I have never left a bad review Ive never left the negative anything anywhere anytime in my life but I would feel horrible if they go on to do this to somebody else and I could have rang the alarm on them and I didnt.
