Joe L I just wrote a review of the Marshall Branch of Casey State Bank, which I gave 2 stars. The issue I have with both branches is the employees are clearly undertrained, and with the Casey State Bank in general for their clear lack of concern for their customers. After issues with closing my Dads bank accounts and opening an estate account after he passed away 2 months ago. My brother and I did this at the Marshall Branch. I decided to close the account with Casey Bank and open a new estate account at Regions in Robinson. Since I was going to Regions in Robinson, I went to the Robinson Branch of Casey State Bank. I walked into the branch, stated my name, and said that I wanted to close my dads estate account. Just like at the Marshall Branch, no one at the branch knew what to do. The person helping me had to make 2 or 3 phone calls to get instructions on how to help me. After she cut the check, she simply handed me the check. Though I had my wallet sitting on the counter to show her my ID, I was never asked for one. This was a check in the amount of 5 digits. I was shocked that I was never asked for an ID. Anyone could have walked into that bank and stated they were me and wanted to close my dads estate account, and would have been given the check. I dont blame the teller, I blame the bank. If she had been properly trained, and not so distracted by learning how to close the account while doing it, she probably would have remembered to ask for my ID. I have no doubt that I could have made the same mistake if I had been in her shoes.

Bianca Mendoza My review is regarding Diana Whited. I have been with this agency for two years now. A friend of mine worked there and quickly informed me that once I had officially signed on, that Diana would be my commercial agent. I am both impressed and in debt with Diana because one, she works quick and she is very knowledgeable in her line of work. Two, when we recently had a financial problem regarding paying our insurance on time, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we could work directly with the underwriter. She worked it out so we would not have our insurance cancelled indefinitely and so they could reinstate it quickly, even without full payment. Working with Acuity as a commercial insurance has been one of the best decisions we have ever made and had it not been for Market Financial working with them, we probably would have continued being with the big insurance giants that did not bother working with the little guys (us) and bother to establish a relationship. I appreciate your help Diana and everything you have done for us and with us so far. You are an asset to the company. Thank you!!
