Mistakes were made on my account more than 2.5 years ago by an employee there at the Freeport branch that has hurt me ever since.
Countless attempts to get a hold of someone via email, over the phone, on the mobile app and no one ever reached out to me.
Finally, today i get a hold of the CEO, Amy Baker. Completely worthless and unwilling to help. She stated I am to pay for a mistake the institution made on my behalf, otherwise its bound to be a legal battle.
Bank somewhere else.
