They always do a fantastic job couldnt ask for a better company to help us with our printer needs. Tom was the tech that came out and he went above and beyond. Went through the report with me, let me know of upcoming things that will need to be replaced. He had also noticed a separate issue with the bypass tray door and ordered the parts needed to fix it.
