1 /5 Rachel Fulton: A rep came into FCA to recruit more business. He mentioned refinancing options but I had to submit my application online. I submitted my application and heard nothing back for a couple weeks. I called and questioned a rep she told me it is in its last stage and I will hear something back soon. I waited another two weeks and called back. I got another rep she said nothing has been done with my application because I havent opened an account yet. No one told me this before. She said they could do it since they already ran my credit report. She asked me to send some things to her payoff, vin, etc. I sent everything by email that day. Almost another week goes by and I hear nothing. I call back and this is what I get......The rep I talked to said she is busy with a customer, so I proceeded to tell the person on the phone my name. Then, all of a sudden the rep is talking in the background on what to say to me. She said it is now out of her hands and sent to Michigan. It has been over a month and they have everything about me, even my credit report, and no one can tell me anything. I cant wait to tell our union and company about their professionalism. Possibly the BBB also.
