T Wright I was looking to open an account at this location. I asked a simple question as to the process of cashing a check/opening account. I was immediately told that they would not open an account for me just to cash a check. RUDE!!!! I never said I only wanted to cash a check. Talking down to a potential customer is not the way to do/retain business. I am legitimately looking for a local bank with great customer service. I AM ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was an epic fail.

cole arndt If I could give Dan ten stars I would. He is great at what he does, very fast, and a great person. When my mom passed in 2024 he guided me on everything that I needed to do to for her final tax return and has guided me since on how to invest the money that was left to me. Dan thank you for everything youve done for me.

Victoria Gill I just want to give a shout out to Amy at Elwell & Associates Insurance in Murphysboro. Everyone there is wonderful but especially her. She has been dealing with me for many years, and I know I bother the crap out of her. Especially after these last few weeks. She always gets back to me so fast, and answers my questions even when I ask her the same ones 5 times. & she’s always looking out to help us find the best rates. Just a little appreciation to her and everyone at the office!
