Susan Heaton Since I was not able to discuss my claims with my agent Tyler Hansen. I was referred to Dan Kniss which was not available has not call me back. Referred me to Country Financial Bloomington HQ. I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication regarding my two weather-related claims with agent Tyler Hansen. Over the past 4-5 months, I have made many calls without receiving any callbacks. When I requested a scheduled call via email, Tyler asked me to send my questions by email instead. He did not answer my questions. This lack of responsiveness and guidance has been disappointing and indicates a significant gap in customer service, claim services. A failure to respond, guide, communicate, respond. No effort to keep me in the loop.

Dustin Sanders Brad Haege was great to work with. Walked in at 9am needing a loan for my son to get a car and 90 mins later was out the door with a check. Even decided to open up my own checking account there. Would highly recommend and appreciate the fast assistance. Customer service impeccable!

Halen Wells I’ve been banking with Dieterich for coming up on two years soon and I haven’t had an issue with them once. I’ve always gotten the exact assistance in a timely manner anytime I’ve called or had to make a deposit. They even took time out of their day to help me set up the the banking app when I was having trouble. I find Dieterich bank to be a pretty decent bank to be set up with.

Kande Simpson I have never been treated with such respect at a bank. I wasnt bringing thousands of dollars into the bank just simply opening an account and Theresa made the process very pleasant. She reviewed all the services they have available to our family and even went over my Credit Report with me. I have already sent family to join this CU.

All the staff is kind,quick and professional!! Its such a pleasure to do any kind of business or bill paying at this exchange.The people who work here go above and beyond even though I moved 4 years ago I will always go to this location!!
