Carol Wright I had a problem using the ATM yesterday, not something I normally have trouble with. I went inside and was helped by two wonderful ladies Sydney and Jules. They were upbeat and helpful. Jules even went to the ATM with me and explained what I didnt understand. Come to find out Jules has only been employed there for 9 days! I couldnt believe she knew all she knew in that short a time. I have always referred friends to Consumers because of their outstanding service and these two ladies just reinforced that that is still true in a day when it is hard to fine good service anywhere. Brent Cleveland Absolute best service, great communication .They went above and beyond for me, they were waiting on brake parts and they would not be delivered until late in the day , brake parts came and technician stayed late to finish and I received my tractor back the next morning.
