Brandon Nitz I cannot say enough how happy I am that I switched to the Bank of Belleville. We were at our original bank for 26 years, after a buyout things changed and we lost that hometown customer service. Bank of Belleville has turned that around for me and my business. Josh and Ron were fantastic getting everything transferred, JoAnn was wonderful in refinancing my home, and the weekly calls to confirm business debits are a touch you just dont get anywhere else. Last, but certainly not least, the Bank of Belleville team was instrumental in helping us apply and receive of PPP loan in such an uncertain time. The late night and weekend calls/emails to get everything appropriately processed are a small insight to what you get at a hometown bank like this. Thank you, Bank of Belleville! I was honestly a little hesitant because of the reviews I had seen on here, but I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very polite and while I had to wait a little longer than I expected, the caseworker that came to talk to me was very polite and professional as well.

George Turner Although I miss my childhood Bank of Edwardsville, I have had several good contacts with Ryan in customer service. I think they went thru some turbulence during the takeover, but I think they got it squared away. Put it this way ... WAY better than Bank of America. It still has a "small bank" feel and it is easy to talk to a real person.
