Jessica Torres I’ve never had a problem with this company, I’ve been with them for about 10 years now. Danny and Leticia are the ones the typically assist me. Great personality and professional and honestly to the point, I don’t care for side conversations just call, make a payment and get the receipt and done.They work with you in the down payments and monthly payments. Good customer service and friendly and prompt with the receipts and sending the policies. Sure the prices go up every year but not a whole lot. Roadside assistance is the best thru them, I’ve never had a problem with them, they are fast and reliable.

Was super busy and still took time to be compassionate and educate me when he could have said, " good luck. Your agent will help you." When I move south I will use his agency.

Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
