Stopped here to ask questions about an account for my daughter’s disability benefits and was already intimidated by having to go through this process to begin with. I was directed to Marco who was so approachable and polite, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Marco made opening her account a breeze and the entire experience was comfortable. I walked out feeling relieved, excited about my choice to open an account here and looking forward to future interactions and exploring more of what this bank has to offer as my family will be moving all banking here. When you see the word “community” written somewhere you expect it to feel “homey” and it very seldom does, but this place definitely got the sense of community right.

2 /5 Daniel R: The fee-free ATM perk has come in handy when traveling out of the area. Very friendly staff. However, I have encountered the ATM frequently does not accept deposits. This has happened at least 4-5 times this past year.

5 /5 Rita Maldonado: I have made this my favorite bank now. After being with Bank of America and being affected by the COVID Pandemic i no longer had direct deposit. Jose the teller at this bank went above and beyond my expectations when I was using their coin machine ( BTY no fees being a customer already) I accidentally dropped a sentimental medialian. Jose took the initiative to open it that same day and retreats it for me. Amazing customer service and they know my name every time I come in. I get greeted by my name by Marlene.
