We had a situation with an accident and it was covered by the other drivers insurance. Chris and Jessica helped us navigate through the process. Which they did not have to do. Coincidentally a week later we had to file a claim for our roof. The adjuster was at our home within a week. And the money for the repairs was in our account the next day. They say you never know how good your insurance company is until you file a claim. Well we know that Farmers is great. So glad to have them representing us.
