5 /5 Quality Mom: We added onto our home and had some other life changes - needed to make some updates to our coverage. Brett and his office worked quickly to take care of everything we needed. We sat and reviewed everything to catch up and had good personal conversation as well - he really seemed to want to know us. Then, I had an issue with the online account and online help said the office had to update something in our account. They got it done within minutes. Overall efficient yet thorough coverage.
