Laurie Nyberg Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to be dropped from my State Farm policy. Which was fairly upsetting because I had been w customer with State Farm for a long time. But I was dropped from my home owners policy which was out of the agents control completely. This was quite upsetting but the agent did reach out to me and did his best to make sure the transom was as smooth as possible. I realize now he was just doing everything in his control to make the situation as smooth as possible even though he’s not in control as to who and when the customer may get dropped from their policy.

Connie Davis Derek and his office staff are always responsive to our needs and work diligently to help us with whatever we need. A big shout out to Jody who went above and beyond. Everyone at the office is so friendly and treats us like family.
